 MovementsClassification application is a run location-tracking app that runs in background and foreground. Indeed, the PositionChangedEventArgs is raised when the GPS detect a change of position or speed.

 By using the MovementsClassification application, the user accepts to be tracked when he launches the application (and when the application runs in background). He can stop the tracking simply by killing the application. In this case, no data will be add to the MovementsClassification application.
