+We consider that AAL system consists in a physical environment, a set of equipments, a set of users, a set of AAL services for users.
+Here we can notice that AAL services for users are mainly processes that organize interactions between system entities. For example some physical environment entities, equipments, users. Nursing acts provide examples of processes.
+We can considerate now the digitalization of these AAL Systems. Then new entities appear like information systems to provide hardware and software and more precisely services for users as software applications
